Lubrication Pump – Single Shot oil

lubrication pump

A single shot centralised oil lubrication system or Lubrication Pump is an efficient and safe technique of delivering a predetermined volume of oil from a single central source to numerous lubrication locations on a machine. It is a total loss system that does not require an oil collecting return line.

Advantages:

  • Machine life expectancy
  • More output, more dependability
  • There will be no human error.
  • Optimal lubrication is applied to each spot.
  • Lubricant use is reduced.
  • Noise level is low, so there is less power consumption.
  • There is less wear and tear.
  • Safe. There is no need to turn off the machine.

Metering Cartridges are used in Single Shot Oil Lubrication System on various machines such as Machine Tools, Textile Machines, Die Casting Machines, Sheet Metal Working Machines, Shearing and Press Brakes, Metal Forming Machines, Rubber Mixing Machines, Printing Machines, Injection/Blow Moulding Machines, Presses and Hammers, Packaging Equipment, Pharmaceuticals Machines, Food Processing Equipment etc.

Motorised lubrication systems consist of an electric motor-driven pump, a reservoir, an oil filter and breather, a suction strainer, a pressure relief valve, and a bleed valve, among other components.

Single Shot Automatic Oil Lubrication is possible with the equipment installed. These motorised Lubrication Units should only be used on a limited basis.

During the period when the motor is turned on (normally 5 seconds), all of the metering cartridges are pre-emptively ejected.

The measuring cartridges are replenished for the next Lubrication Cycle during the motor’s off phase (selectable).

These devices can be ordered with or without a float and pressure switch, depending on the needs of the customer. There are other units for liquid grease (fluid grease).

The functioning idea of the Deluxe Lubrication Units is the same, but the metal reservoir is changed with clear to provide a visual glance at the oil level in the reservoir.

These units are commonly used in CNC machines, SPM machines, pharmaceutical machines, printing and packaging machines, and other high-tech machinery. These devices can be ordered with or without a float and pressure switch, depending on the needs of the customer. There are other units for liquid grease (fluid grease).

Hand operated lubrication oil pump

hand lubrication pump

Spring-return piston pumps are used in hand-operated single-shot pumps. The cam handle is pulled to operate the piston.

These pumps are designed for centralised manual lubrication of light-duty machinery such as Small Power Presses, Die Punching Machines, Grinding Machines, Pouch Packing Machines, Pharmaceutical Machines, and so on.

Also hand and automatic lubrication pump for cnc machine are used extensively for providing oil.

These pumps are typically recommended for machines with lubrication points ranging from 2 to 20.
