Maniar Enterprise’s Fire Detection Tubes serve as non-electrical fire detection devices. These tubes are made from specially formulated modified thermoplastic materials designed to detect fires through thermal changes. When exposed to rising temperatures during a fire, the tubes rupture at predetermined points along their lengths, triggering the release of suppressant gases to prevent further fire spread.

Types of Fire Detection Tubing (FDT)

Maniar Enterprise offers three distinct types of Fire Detection Tubing:

• LHD – Low Heat Sensitivity Tube: Operates between 80°C to 100°C.

• HHD – High Heat Sensitivity Tube: Operates between 110°C to 140°C.

• VHD – Very High Heat Sensitivity Tube: Operates between 150°C to 180°C.

Tube Sizes

We manufacture these fire trace tubes in three different diameters:

• 6mm Outer Diameter × 4mm Inner Diameter

• 8mm Outer Diameter × 6mm Inner Diameter

• 18mm Outer Diameter × 15mm Inner Diameter
